Moldovan grapes are renowned for their rich and complex aroma. Although nearly 80 table grape varieties are grown in the country, the most popular remains the Moldova black grape variety.
We produce and export approximately 2,000 tonnes of table grapes per season.

Market period: September – March
Description: A variety specific to the Republic of Moldova, with large bunches and elongated berries. It is the only variety that can be stored until March. The bunches are cylindrical or conical, with medium berry density and an average weight of around 385 g. The berries are oval, dark violet in color, covered with a pronounced waxy bloom. The skin is typically thick and firm, while the flesh is meaty and crisp.

Sorted grapes are packed in cardboard boxes, wooden crates or flow-pack trays, depending on customer requirements. The process is continuous and includes the supply of packaging materials, corner protectors, pallets, pallet wrap and clips.
Boxes and crates are stored on pallets and loaded into refrigerated trucks.
