Golden
The apple is medium in size, with a slightly rough, yellow-green skin. The flesh is white to creamy or pale yellowish, fine, juicy, crunchy, sweet and slightly acidic. Can be stored in cold storages between 160-220 days. In addition to fresh consumption, this variety is also used in processing.

Description:
This variety comes from Australia and was discovered by Mary Anna Smith. The apple is medium in size and has a spherical, slightly elongated shape. The skin is hard, fine, slightly greasy and green. The flesh of the fruit is strong, crunchy, juicy, white-green to cream-green and with a sour taste. The recommended period for harvesting is the beginning of October. Fruits can be stored, depending on the cold storages, from 200 to over 240 days. The variety is especially appreciated for fresh consumption.

Packing
The sorted grapes are packed in cardboard boxes, in wooden crates or in flow pack casseroles, depending on customer demand. The process is a continuous one and involves the purchase of packaging, corners, pallets, palletizing cloth and clamps.
Boxes or crates are stored on pallets, which are loaded into refrigerated trucks for export.
