Moldovan plums enjoy a high demand, both on the local and international markets. We produce 1000 tons of plums each season.
Currently, we have an area of 56 ha of plums.
Kabardinka
The fruits are large, violet-rose, coated with bloom, with oval-elongated form. The pulp is yellowish, crispy, juicy, pleasantly acidified, non-adhering to the stone.
Cecenskaya Naibolee

Description:
The fruits are large (about 50-60 g), egg-shaped, pink-purple, covered with a thick skin, bright blue. The pulp of the fruit is dense, greenish-yellow, juicy, very sweet, with a slight acidity and a pleasant aroma. The stone is elongated, it separates well from the pulp.

Description:
Blue Free Plums have a spherical shape and a bristic look in dark blue shades. The pulp in greenish-yellow shades is juicy, sweet and it can be very easily separated from the stone.

Description:
The fruits are medium in size, inverted-ovoid (the shape of an inverted egg), dark purple. The pulp is yellow-green, crunchy, juicy, sweet, slightly acidic, non-adherent to the stone.
President
Trading period: September - December
Description: The fruit is large, ellipsoidal in shape, with dark purple skin color, covered with bloom. The pulp is yellowish, crunchy, juicy, with a sweet-sour taste, medium adherent to the stone. The fruits are resistant to handling and transport.

Packing
The sorted plums are packed in cardboard boxes, in wooden crates or in flow pack casseroles, depending on customer demand. The process is a continuous one and involves the purchase of packaging, corners, pallets, palletizing cloth and clamps.
Boxes or crates are stored on pallets, which are loaded into refrigerated trucks for export.
