Cooling and Sorting

Plums, table grapes, apricots and cherries are precooled within a few hours of harvest in order to eliminate the risk of spoilage and extend the shelf life intact and attractive to consumers. Technologically, the cooling process involves lowering the temperature of the fruits and stones to the optimum storage temperature in the shortest possible time.

Before delivery to customers, we sort / calibrate table fruits and grapes, so as to ensure the delivery of quality products. The fruits are sorted at the two sorting lines installed in the fruit packaging space.

PACKING

Packing

In order to be able to deliver quality fruits, we built a modern fruit packing house, according to the standards. The sorted fruits are packed in cardboard boxes, in wooden crates or in flow pack casseroles, depending on customer demand.

The process is a continuous one and involves the purchase of packaging, corners, pallets, palletizing cloth and clamps. Boxes or crates are stored on pallets, which are loaded into refrigerated trucks.

In addition to our own packing house, we are associates of the House for Packaging and Processing of grapes, fruits and vegetables from Costești village.

Private label

Storage

After cooling, the fruits which are intended for immediate sale are placed in storage rooms. We have storage spaces with a total capacity of 1200 tons simultaneously.

Cold stores are built according to the latest standards of fruit storage, ensuring their safety for human consumption.

EXPORT

Export

Today we export to several countries and our goal is to diversify export markets, both in terms of number of countries and number of customers. Our company is an active supplier of commercial networks in Romania, Poland, Russian Federation, Latvia, France, Germany.

All the documents for export (phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, safety certificate) are prepared by our managers. The process of preparing batches for export is monitored directly by one of our managers, which minimizes or even excludes the risk of quality errors or non-conformities.

TRANSPORTATION

At the moment, we do not have our own Car Park, but we have concluded service contracts with companies specialized in transporting fruits and vegetables.

Thus, we provide refrigerated trucks, properly equipped to transport fruits and grapes abroad.
